Yuki Tanaka

Yuki leads the cross-border M&A practice. His deal sheet is densely weighted toward Asia–Europe inbound and outbound transactions in the USD 50m–500m range, with a recurring strand of joint ventures and minority investments where the tax engineering decides whether the structure stays clean two reorganisations later.

Yuki holds the Bengoshi qualification in Japan (2009) and was admitted in New York in 2013. He spent five years in the cross-border tax group of a New York firm before relocating to Singapore to head Asia tax for an industrial conglomerate; he joined PI26 in 2024.

He works in Japanese, English and Mandarin.
