Helena Ribeiro

Helena heads the transfer pricing practice. She advises on benchmarking, intra-group financing, and the documentation discipline that mid-cap groups need once a single jurisdiction starts asking informed questions. A material slice of her work is defending controllers and CFOs through tax-authority enquiries that started small and stayed there.

Helena trained in Brazil and qualified additionally in Portugal in 2015. Before joining PI26 she spent six years at a Big Four transfer pricing team in Lisbon, then three years in-house as Group Tax Director of a listed industrial group. She has lectured on EU directive implementation for the Brazilian Tax Counsel Association.

Helena works in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and reads Italian.
